I am the first graduate from my family. My mother's highest qualification is 8th standard and my father's is 10th standard. They don't use computer. My mom never touched computer and dad just knows how to switch on and off computer.
First, I taught my father how to switch off monitor. Later, he learned to switch on both CPU and UPS. What about your parents? Are they using computer?
